Mikab installed a complete turn-key AM transmitter site. The work included:

• A complete renvovation of what is now the transmitter building.
• Installing mats from the parking lot out across the swamp to the locations of each tower to allow access.
• Foundation work. Foundations were installed in a swamp for the five transmission towers, along with two 5 meter satellite dishes and a back-up generator. The foundations were steel piles driven into the swamp with concrete caps poured 4 feet above the swamp for environmental reasons.
• Installing wooden walkways from the transmitter building out to the towers. Wood piles were driven to support the catwalk.
• Erecting five transmission towers.
• Running all cables from the towers back to the transmission building.
